3 cups short grain rice
5 Tablespoon rice vinegar
2 Tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt
Wash and rinse the rice until water runs clear. Place rinsed rice with 3 cups* water in rice cooker and cook. (*Water levels may vary depending on your rice cooker, for best results, see your rice cooker manual)
Heat sushi vinegar ingredients in saucepan to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and cool.
Place cooked rice into a large bowl and sprinkle with sushi vinegar. Fan and gently fold the sushi vinegar into the rice until the mixture is cool. Use sushi rice to make your favorite sushi.
