This is a recipe from my mom’s recipe box…   My father is Hawaiian, so we grew up with a lot of Asian / Islander oriented meals.  I love them!!!

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbls. Water

  3. Press dough firmly into 2 balls with hands. On lightly floured surface, roll out one ball of dough to thin thickness.
  4. With 3 inch round cookie cutter, cut out circles. Knead scraps into remaining dough, roll and cut as before.
  5. Place about 1 heaping tsp. of Pork filling in center of each circle.
  6. Fold over into crescent shape and seal edges thightly with a fork.

These can be frozen for later enjoyment. To reheat bake unthawed in 400 degree oven for 10 min. If desired, dim sum may be frozen unbaked as well, and you just fix them as normal when ready.
